Airport Pickup Timing

Book your pickup 30 minutes after your domestic flight's landing time to allow time to collect baggage and meet your driver.
International (T1)
Book your pickup 45 minutes after your international flight's landing time to allow for customs, immigration, and baggage collection.
Booking at the recommended time means no wait time charges. Wait time after your booked pickup is $1.50 per minute.

Wait Time
Charged after your booked pickup time. First 30 min (domestic) or 45 min (international) airport pickups are free.
P2P & Events — Distance-Based Pricing
Fixed grid pricing by distance. Plus any applicable tolls.
+$2.00 per km on top of the $170 base fare, for every kilometre after 27 km up to 200 km.
+$2.70 per km for every kilometre after 200 km (long-distance transfers).

Rescheduling
Free once, if requested 48+ hours before pickup in writing. A second reschedule is treated as a cancellation from the original booking date.
Flight Delays
Not treated as a cancellation. Your driver adjusts to your updated flight arrival at no extra charge.
