How Subscription Works
Rideshare or Private Use
Tell us how you plan to use the vehicle — private driving, rideshare (Uber), or both. This determines your insurance coverage and which vehicles you're eligible for.
Choose Your Vehicle
Two options: pick from our existing fleet of premium EVs and hybrids, or tell us exactly what vehicle you want and we'll source it for you. Subject to finance approval and availability.
Pay in Advance
Choose your payment frequency — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. All payments are made in advance (pay-as-you-go, not pay-after). Covers the vehicle, registration, CTP, scheduled servicing, roadside assistance, and comprehensive insurance. No hidden costs.
Flexible & Rent-to-Own
Need a different vehicle? Vehicle changes may be considered subject to availability, approval, and the applicable rental agreement. Want to own it? Our subscription includes a rent-to-own pathway.

Coxempire Management Fee
In addition to your vehicle payments, Coxempire charges a management fee. This fee covers the administration of your subscription, finance arrangements, and ongoing account management.

The management fee starts from $15,000 for a 4-year term (equivalent to $72.11 per week) and increases by $1,500 per additional year.
Standard terms are 4 to 6 years. A 7-year term is available on special occasion to Government workers only, with proof of employment required.
Rent to Own — How the Deposit Works
Our subscription includes a rent-to-own pathway. To enter a rent-to-own agreement, a deposit is required upfront. This deposit does not reduce your weekly or fortnightly payments — your regular fees stay the same throughout the subscription term.
At the end of the subscription, your deposit is applied toward the purchase price of the vehicle, reducing the final amount you need to pay to own it.

The deposit starts from $2,000 for a 4-year term and increases by $1,000 per additional year.
Important: If the contract is broken or terminated early by the client, the deposit is forfeited. The deposit is only applied to the vehicle when the subscription runs to its agreed end date. T&Cs apply.
Rent to Own — Approval Pathway
Getting approved for rent to own is straightforward. Follow the steps below, submit your documents, and we'll process your application. Subject to finance approval and vehicle availability.
NSW Driver's Licence
Provide a copy of your NSW driver's licence — front and back. Must be current and not suspended.

3 Months of Bank Statements
Provide 3 months of bank statements to demonstrate income and support the finance application.
Choose Your Term & Pay Deposit
Choose your subscription term (4–6 years, or 7 years for Government workers with proof of employment). Then pay the deposit based on your chosen term:

Finance Approval
We submit your application for finance approval. Once approved and vehicle is available, you're ready to go. Subject to finance approval and vehicle availability.
